Ocular diseases first described by Japanese ophthalmologists

In the history of ophtalmology not a few disease entities have been first disconered or documented by japanese opthalmology , including oguti's disease , harada's disease, central serous retinitis, Takasaku disease, Kirisawa disease, droplet gelatinous corneal degeneration, and HTLV-I associated uveitis.
